CHAP. 115.--An ACT to amend and re-enact sections 13 and 48 of an act entitled an act for the preservation of oysters, and to obtain a revenue for the privilege taking them from the waters of the commonwealth.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sections thirteen and forty-eight of an act entitled an act for the preservation of oysters, and to obtain a revenue for the privilege of taking them within the waters of the commonwealth, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 17.--An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 129, Extra Session 1887, for the protection of terrapins.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section sixty of an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact section sixty of chapter one hundred and one of the code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, approved March ninth, eighteen hundred and eighty, as amended by an act approved May second, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 44.--An ACT to authorize the town of Chincoteague, in the county of Accomac, to cross and maintain across certain lowlands, marshes, meadows, and waters in Accomac county, Virginia, certain pipe lines and electric lines.

Whereas, the town of Chincoteague, in Accomac county, has spent large sums in and about the construction of a water supply system for furnishing of fresh and wholesome water to the inhabitants of said town; and

Whereas, in order to do this it is necessary to bring to said town, water from the mainland through pipes and mains across lowlands, marshes, meadows, creeks and other waters; and

CHAP. 95.--An ACT to authorize Northampton county to borrow money and issue bonds for a sum not exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the purpose of building, improving and maintaining the public roads of Eastville magisterial district in said...

Approved March 15, 1915.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board of supervisors of Northampton county be, and it is, hereby authorized to borrow from time to time, as may be necessary, money not exceeding fifty thousand dollars, ($50,000) for the magisterial district of Eastville, in said county, the said sums to be used for the purpose of building, improving and maintaining the public roads in said Eastville magisterial district.

CHAP. 162.--An ACT to amend an act approved March 17, 1884, requiring railroad companies to construct cattle-guards.

Approved November 29, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act approved March seventeenth, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled an act requiring railroad companies to construct cattle-guards, be amended and re-enacted, so as to read as follows:
