Chapter 287--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 4 of chapter 224 of the acts of assembly in 1877-1878, entitled an act to incorporate the Peninsula railroad company.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the fourth section of chapter two hundred and
twenty-four of the acts of assembly eighteen hundred
and seventy-seven and eighteen hundred and seventy-
eight, approved March twelfth, Eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:

CHAP. 99.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act entitled "An act to provide a road commission for Capeville magisterial district, in Northampton county, and to repeal previous acts," approved February 17, 1916.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section one of an act entitled "An act to provide a road commission for Capeville magisterial district, in Northampton county, and to repeal previous acts," approved February seventeenth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, be amended and re-enacted to read as follows:

CHAP. 188.--An ACT to allow Solomon T. Johnson, of Accomack county, to erect an oyster-fattening box and wharf on his shore in said county.

Approved May 22, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Solomon T. Johnson of the county of Accomack, be and he is hereby authorized to erect an oyster-fattening box and wharf in front of his shore in said county, on Swan's Gut creek, for shipping of oysters, extending twenty-five feet from low water mark into said creek, and fifty feet in width. CHAP. 254.--An ACT authorizing the town council of the town of Eastville in Northampton county to borrow not exceeding $15,000; and to issue bonds therefor, for the purpose of grading, draining, paving and otherwise improving the streets in the said town.

Approved March 15, 1922.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the town council of the town of Eastville, in Northampton county, Virginia, be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to borrow not to exceed the sum of fifteen thousand dollars and to issue bonds therefor, for the purpose of grading, draining, paving and otherwise improving the streets in said town.
