CHAP. 362.--An ACT to prevent the use of sink boxes or batteries in the waters of Accomac and Northampton counties.

Approved March 24, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be unlawful for any person to install sink boxes or batteries in the waters of Accomac and Northampton counties for the purpose of shooting wild waterfowl or to hunt or shoot such wild waterfowl from sink boxes or batteries within the waters of Accomac and Northampton counties.

CHAP. 686.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3 of an act entitled "An act to protect wild water-fowl and other game in the counties of Accomac and Northampton," as approved March 5, 1894, and amended by an act approved January 18, 1896.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section three of an act entitled "An act to protect wild water-fowls and other game in the counties of Accomac and Northampton," approved March fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, as amended and re-enacted by an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact section three of an act

CHAP. 117.--An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled "An act to permit Harwood Bristow of the county of Accomac, to build a bridge across Warrington branch of Onancock creek in said county," approved March 20, 1922.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act entitled "An act to permit Harwood Bristow, of the county of Accomac, to build a bridge across Warrington Branch of Onancock Creek in said county," approved March twentieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 156.--An ACT to protect pheasants or grouse in the counties of Accomac and Northampton.

Approved March 14, 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be unlawful in the counties of Accomac and Northampton to kill, catch, or capture, in any manner, in the said counties, pheasants, or grouse of any kind for a period of five years from the passage of this act, or to destroy their nests or eggs.

CHAP. 17.--An ACT to repeal an act approved April 2, 1902, entitled an act to authorize the Board of Fisheries to readjust the Baylor survey, on the ocean side of the counties of Accomac and Northampton, and include therein any omitted natural rocks.

Approved July 28, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act approved April second, nineteen hundred and two, entitled "an act to authorize the Board of Fisheries to readjust the Baylor survey, on the ocean side of the counties of Accomac and Northampton, and include therein any omitted natural rocks," be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
