Commonwealth vs. Wm. Phillips (on indictment for selling intoxication liquors in Metompkin district.) Verdict of guilty and fine assessed by jury at $100, to which the Court added additional punishment of one month's imprisonment in the county jail.

Andrew Parks was granted a certificate to catch alewives to be manufactured into oil.
