CHAP. 37.--An ACT to repeal an act entitled "an act to incorporate the town of Chincoteague, Accomac county," approved March 7, 1900.

Approved February 8, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act entitled "an act to incorporate the town of Chincoteague, Accomac county," approved March seventh, nineteen hundred, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from and after July first, nineteen hundred and one.

CHAP. 323. -- An ACT to provide a special fence law for Northampton county.

Approved February 22, 1800.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That every post and plank fence or wire fence, four
feet high, through which stock cannot pass, shall be a lawful fence for Northampton county: provided, the supervisors shall approve the same.

2. This act. shall be in force from its passage.

CHAP. 156.--An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an act to prohibit the raking and scraping of natural oyster rocks on the eastern or oceanside of Accomac and Northampton counties.

Approved February 14, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act entitled "an act to prohibit the raking, scraping and roughing of natural oyster rocks on the eastern or ocean side of Accomac county," approved March fifth, nineteen hundred, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 165.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3257 of the Code of Virginia and to repeal section 3163 of the Code of Virginia.

Approved March 11, 1922.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section thirty-two hundred and fifty-seven of the Code of Virginia be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 227.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 13 of an act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Wachapreague, in the county of Accomac, approved April 2, 1902.

Approved March 23, 1926.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia; That section thirteen of an act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Wachapreague, in the county of Accomac, approved April second, nineteen hundred and two, be amended and re-enacted to read as follows:
