CHAP. 106.--An ACT to prescribe the time for killing partridges

Approved January 28, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall not be lawful to kill or capture partridges in
the county of Northampton between the first day of
March and the first day of November.

2. That all acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed, and this act shall be in force from its
passage. Commencem't.

CHAP. 41.--An ACT to allow George R. Dalby and Labon J. Belote to erect a wharf in Northampton County

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That George R. Dalby and Labon J. Belote, of the county of Northampton, be and they are hereby authorized to erect a wharf at the Glebe landing

CHAP. 85.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act entitled, An act to provide a road commission for Franktown magisterial district, in Northampton county, and to repeal previous acts, approved September 9, 1919.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section one of an act entitled, "an act to provide a road commission for Franktown magisterial district, in Northampton county, and to repeal previous acts," approved September ninth, nineteen hundred and nineteen, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 167.--An ACT to authorize and empower the council of the town of Parksley, in the county of Accomac, to borrow money and issue bonds for the purchase, construction, repair and improvement of the water and lighting systems of said town.

Approved March 14, 1918.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the council of the town of Parksley, in the county of Accomac, be, and it is hereby, authorized to borrow money for said town not exceeding twelve thousand dollars, for the purchase, construction or improvement of water and lighting systems in said town by the issuing of bonds of the corporation for the said sum, with the entire indebtedness of said town not exceeding the constitutional limitation.

CHAP. 34--An ACT to allow the Old Dominion steamship company to erect a wharf at Pickett's harbor, in Northampton county.

Approved January 6, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That the Old Dominion steamship company, of New York
be, and they are hereby, authorized to erect a wharf at
Pickett's harbor, in Northampton county, and be subject
to all the laws of Virginia governing all wharves erected in
the waters of the Commonwealth; and provided, also,
