CHAP. 364.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 13 of an act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Belle Haven, in Accomac county, approved December 14, 1895, as heretofore amended.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section thirteen of an act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Belle Haven, in Accomac county, approved December fourteenth, eighteenhundred and ninety-five as heretofore amended, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 612 --An ACT to incorporate the Eastern Shore Historical Society of Virginia

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That John W. Edmunds, John S. Wise, Abel T. Ashby, T.
H. Bayley Browne, Griffin C. Callahan, John E. West,
George W. Easter, and such other persons as may hereafter be associated with them, be, and they are hereby, incorporated and made a body politic and corporate under
the name of the Eastern Shore historical society of Virginia

CHAP. 698.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2075 of the code of 1887 in relation to killing wild fowl in the waters of the commonwealth.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section two thousand and seventy-five of the code of Virginia, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, entitled "Penalty on non-residents for killing wild fowl," and so forth, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 396.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2130 of code of Virginia, in reference to fish.

Approved February 25, 1892.
