CHAP. 161--An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved December 19, 1891, entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter 129, extra session of 1887, for the protection of terrapins.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act approved December nineteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, entitled an act to amend and re-enact chapter one hundred and twenty-nine, extra session eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, for the protection of terrapins, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 398.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2099 of the code of Virginia, 1887, with relation to license required

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section two thousand and ninety-nine of the code of Virginia be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 256.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 6 of an act entitled an act to provide a charter incorporating the town of Eastville, in Northampton county, approved February 6, 1896, as heretofore amended.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section six of an act entitled an act to provide a charter incorporating the town of Eastville, in Northampton county, approved February sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, as heretofore amended, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 259.--An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1375 of the Code of Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section thirteen hundred and seventy-five of the Code of Virginia, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

CHAP. 593.--An ACT to permit C. S. Witham and brother to build a watch-house in the waters of Messongo creek, in the county of Accomac.

Approved March 2, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That C. S. Witham and brother be permitted to build a watch-house in the waters of Messongo creek, in the county of Accomac, for the purpose of watching their oyster grounds: provided the said building does not obstruct navigation: and provided further, that this act shall at all times be under the control of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
