That Peter H. Davis, of the county of Accomac, be, and he hereby, is authorized to erect a wharf on his land at his
place known as "Davis' Wharf", on Occohannock creek,
in said county, with a water front of two hundred yards,
extending out to the edge of the channel of said creek;
and that the said Peter H. Davis be and he hereby is also

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act entitled an act to require the placing of labels showing date of ship-ment, quantity, and payment of tax on all containers in which scallops are shipped; to fix the price of such labels; to direct the application of the funds derived from sale of such labels; and prescribing penalties, which became a law without the signature of the governor March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
