Ambrose S. Taylor, J.P., paid into court $2.50, fine received of Minnie Holden, convicted before him of assault and battery.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed: Orphan accounts of May and Willie Pettit, and Willianna Wright; audits of estates of Thomas S. Bayly, John S. Small and William Finney of William.

Last will of John E. T. Window was probated and Edward J. Window qualified as executor.

Richard P. Reynolds, J. P., paid into Court $5, the fine imposed by him upon Samuel Jones, for assaulting Barton Booth.

A homestead deed of J. W. Taylor was acknowledged and ordered recorded.

A deed of release from John W. Gillet, trustee, &c., to Wm. C. Fox, was acknowledged and ordered recorded.
