Joseph L. Cooper, J.P., paid into court, $1 fine and $1 clerk's fee received of Sydney Crockett convicted before him for cursing and swearing in his court.

Authority to celebrate the rites of matrimony was granted to Rev. Rufus E. C. Lawson, of Presbyterian Church.

The estate of Charles Smith, deceased, was committed to John H. Wise, sheriff, for administration.
