Joseph H. Savage qualified as guardian of Anna Callis Bayly.

Will of Carrie H. Rew was proven, and Wm. H. Rew, the executor named, qualified.

The respective estates of Nathaniel B. LeCato, deceased, and John Caulk, deceased, were committed to the sheriff for administration.

James H. Fletcher, Jr., qualified to practice the law in this court.

Upon petition of James A. Bott and others for a public road. Report of viewers filed and order entered to summon proprietors and tenants to show cause, if any they can, why said road should not be opened as proposed.

Accounts against Commonwealth in criminal matters were allowed as follows: C. C. Dix, late constable, $10.45; John H. Ayres, physician to jail, $7.50; jailer, $157.80.

Henry L. Crockett resigned as administrator of Peter M. Crockett, deceased.
