An order was entered fixing the May and November terms as the regular grand jury terms of the court.

A. S. Taylor, J.P., paid into court $5 fine received of Sallie Crippen, colored, convicted before him of petit larceny, also $1 fine received of Joseph Meelheim convicted before him of assault and battery.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed, to-wit: Audits of the respective estates of Henry Mears, Sarah D. Mears, Cassandra Lewis and John R. Drummond; orphan accounts of Corianna and Viola Parker; trust accounts of Teackle Elliott and wife's and Elisha Bull's real estate.

The commissioner of accounts made report as to sufficiency, &c., of treasurer's bond, as required by law.
