Thomas H. Bayly Browne was appointed and qualified as commissioner in chancery.

T. H. Bayly Browne was designated to make up and state accounts of Samuel T. Ross, administrator of John M. Parker, deceased.

B. B. Ewell, administrator of Charles Parks of N., appeared into court and gave new bond of larger penalty.
