This bond recorded Littleton T. LeCato's $220 debt to S. Clark in September 1877. Clark assigned the bond to U.B. Quinby 14 December 1882.

Parker Barnes surveyed the land of John Benston [Benson] by an order of the court on June 6, 1798. U.B. Quinby copied this public record 2 November, 1882. Quinby also copied a Benson survey performed in 1790.

This receipt, dated 21 October 1865, affirms that Thomas S. Richardson paid James P. Wooddie $274.31 in exchange for the Wooddie property in Accomack County.

This memorandum traces the title of the Benson property starting from its assignation in James Benson's will, 1854. Among other notes, it describes the route of N.J.W. LeCato's bond from 1873 until 1883 when it was assigned to Quinby. It also points the reader to a second memo included with the bond in Quinby's possession.
