Deed of Sale of lot near Onancock Academy

This deed describes the purchase of a small tract of land in Onancock, Accomack County by Thomas C. Pitts, Upshur B. Quinby and others, from Henry F. Powell. Powell sold the one-half acre lot adjacent to the Onancock Academy property for $125 on 4 September 1879.
