Deed of Trust of Snead land to Upshur B. Quinby, 10 April 1875
This deed, dated 10 April 1875, describes Upshur B. Quinby's purchase of three lots of the Snead property near Onancock from the special commissioner John Neely. Quinby agreed to pay $1515 for the lots, which together contained 33.45 acres. The deed also describes the subdivision of the Snead farm and the reservation of rights-of-way for drainage and roads.
