"Norfolk, Portsmouth and the surrounding territory, in my opinion are launched into one of the healthiest and largest booms I have known of, for a long time," said a prominent citizen of Accomac county to-day. Continuing, he said, "Norfolk, especially, is rapidly attracting immense sums of treasure, for investment there, and I believe in the near future that city will not be surpassed by any in the United States."
