It is reported here that the Eastern Shore Steamboat Company, whose steamer conveyed the negro excursionists here, and which was damaged during the riot, will sue the town.
Advices received from Cape Charles City are to the effect that capitalists are about to start a boom at that place by establishing a bank, the Edison incandescent light plant and a surface street car line.
