The thirteenth annual fair of the Eastern Shore Agricultural Association, near Keller station, this county, closed Friday, after a four days' session. The attendance has been large and, financially, the fair was a success. Only horses owned on the Eastern Shores of Maryland and Virginia were allowed to enter the races, which were devoid of excitement.
Miss Finney, owned by Dr. O. B. Finney, of Onancock, won the two-year old race; purse $15.00. Time, about three minutes, half mile heats.
