S. K. MacMillan resigned as Justice of Peace of Pungoteague district.

L. Floyd Nock qualified as guardian of Lucy, Edward and Neatar Evans, orphans of Wm. Franklin Evans, deceased.

Upshur Q. Sturgis qualified as guardian of Ida R. Courtney, orphan of John R. Courtney, deceased.

Last will and testament of Elliott Crockett was admitted to probate.

Ex parte: Florence M. Lewis's guardian. Report made by L. Floyd Nock, guardian, and cause removed from docket.

E. Warren Russell qualified as guardian of Ashton S. Hinman.

Last will and testament of Agnes Hall, deceased, was admitted to probate.

L. Floyd Nock was substituted as trustee in place of L. James Gunter for Jas. E. F. Ayres.

Upon petition of Geo. C. Watson and others for a public road. Order entered recommitting report of reviewers and for amended report.

The estate of Raymond R. Lewis, deceased, was committed to Lee B. Kellam, sheriff, for administration.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed and ordered to be recorded: audits of estates of John S. Baker, Thomas A. Northam, Cary S. Sturgis, John J. Hopkins and Margaret C. Read; orphan accounts of Tankard G., James T. and John H. Stevens; trust accounts of Peter Kelly's trust fund.

Inquest over the body of a deceased person unknown, held by George E. Winder, J.P., returned to court and filed.

Upon petition of Frank C. Taylor and others for a public road: Order entered on County Treasurer for amount due Otho K. Walker, road machine manager for Pungoteague district.

Upon petition of L. W. Massey and others for altering and repairing a public road. Order entered dismissing petition at cost of petitioners.

Ex parte: Wm. H. Harmon's administrator. Order entered directing J. W. G. Blackstone to withdraw from Marine Bank whole amount to credit of Annie L. Vennell -- also to withdraw from said bank enough of the funds to the credit of William H. Harmon to pay balance of costs and taxes.

Upon petition of John H. Wise, committee of Albert Lewis. Order entered referring cause to John S. Parsons, commissioner of accounts.

Wm. J. Doughty qualified as Notary Public for county of Accomac.

Report of John H. Hopkins, treasurer, of sale of delinquent lands, filed and confirmed.
