Proceedings, February Term, 1902.

John S. Parsons qualified as administrator of James T. Hurst, deceased.

Sylvester R. Belote qualified as administrator of Eliza B. Belote, deceased.

Geo. P. Hargis resigned as member of special police force and his resignation was accepted.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed and ordered to be recorded: Audits of estates of Thomas Hearn, Ezekiel Y. Smith, Benjamin T. Gunter, John W. Hart, George B. Killman and Littleton Bailey; Orphan accounts of Merrill Burton and Leon Kirk Hearn, Maggie K. and Annie W. Turner, Pearl B., Georgie A. and Mary D. McMath, Walter D., Alice A., Brandon B. and Pearl K. Killman and Mannie S. Parks.

Roy D. White was substituted as trustee, in deed from William T. Landing and wife for benefit of Durbin H. Johnson.

The estate of Alfred J. Killman, deceased, was committed to Lee B. Kellam, sheriff, for administration.

Roy D. White qualified as administrator of Sallie Landing, deceased.

A grand jury was empanelled and returned no indictments.

Lucy Evans &c's. guardian vs. Lucy Evans and others. Referred to Thomas B. Quinby, assistant commissioner of accounts, to ascertain and report the value of infant defendant's estate, and what amount is necessary to be expended annually out of the principal for their maintenance &c.
