CHAP. 833.--An ACT to prohibit the planting of oysters in a certain part of Assawaman creek, in Accomac county.
Approved March 8,1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall not be lawful for any person to plant oysters in that part of the south branch of Assawaman creek, in Accomac county, known as Great Gut reach, and extending east from Horse Gut to the eastern mouth of Bemis Gut. Any person violating the provision of this act shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than fifty dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
