Letter from N.J.W. LeCato to U.B. Quinby, 18 January 1883

Nathaniel J.W. LeCato wrote from New York to elaborate on his bond to Voss, which acts as a lien on the title of the Benson farm. He informs Quinby that Mrs. Voss has assigned the bond to John Emmons, a mutual friend whom LeCato has agreed to pay $100 in order to settle the matter and clear the Benson title.
