Spraying to Keep Down Blight and Insect Pests on a Large Potato Farm on the Eastern Shore.

Spraying to keep down blight and insect pests on a large potato farm on the Eastern Shore. Large gains in yield are due to protection from Colorado beetle and other insects by spraying with arsenicals and Bordeaux. Insects and diseases reduce the potato crop of the country over 100,000,000 bushels, it is estimated.
