March, 1912

The first part of March gave a continuation of the long winter season and it was not till the 15th that there was a decided change for the better.

The highest of the thermometer was 74 on three separate dates and the lowest was 23 which occurred on the 2nd. The mean average for the month was 45.6, very much below the same month last year.

There was a rainfall of 5.42 inches and it rained on 14 days of the month and only nine days were clear all day. A trace of snow fell on the 3rd.
