Weather Report

August, 1912

The month of August presented some very ideal, summer weather, not many hot days and mostly cool nights. The highest of the thermometer was 98 on the 13th, and 19th, only a few others reaching as much as 90. The lowest was 54 on the sixth, a number of other nights being below 60.

There was a rainfall of 3 1/2 inches, which is considerably below the average. June, July and August all showing some deficiency. A few localities had more than a due share. There was a number of thunder storms.
