September, 1904

Birdsnest. Va., Sept. 30, '04.

Mr. Editor: This has been a pleasant month. The frost of the 23rd did no damage, but the heavy blow on the night of the 15th laid the corn flat and blew the fodder into ribbons.

Max. Ther. 82, Min Ther. 47; Mean 60.14, Rainfall, 1.15.

Respectfully, C.R.M.
