Onancock, Va., July 31.

W. S. Mills, an old and respected citizen of this town and father of Mr. Charles Mills, of Baltimore, was quite seriously injured by a runaway horse to-day. Mr. Mills was dragged quite a distance by the frightened animal.

The Breeders' and Trotters' Association of the Eastern Shore have declined in a published statement to allow their horses to trot at the Keller Fair at the present premiums offered by that association. It is said that the Fair Committee refused to raise the premiums, and in consequence these horsemen will not attend the fair.
