The bill introduced in the United States Senate by Senator Gray, of Delaware, asking an appropriation of $150,000 for continuing improvements on in-land water courses from Chincoteague, Va., to Delaware Bay, is of vital interest on this shore. The proposed improvements is the finishing of the cutting of a breakwater from Chincoteague Bay to Delaware Bay.
