Cape Charles, Va., August 19. -- The third meeting of the Chesapeake Agriculture Fair opened to-day and an immense crowd, made up of people from all sections of Tidewater Virginia, was present. The weather, though rather warm, was on the whole all that could have been desired. The grand stand, where the majority congregate during the races, which faces Chesapeake Bay, furnished with comfortable seats, being as cool as could be desired; strong and balmy breezes draw through at all times, keeping those within in a most desirable state of coolness.
