Eastville.

Another fire occurred in Cape Charles a day or two ago which entirely destroyed one of the large oyster-houses of Hon. William L. Scott. It was comparatively a new building, being only one year old and cost about $2,000.

The grand jury of this county met yesterday and found a true bill against Samuel Roane for having fired a store building in Cape Charles in January last and one against J. J. Bunting, owner of the building, as accessory before the fact and with the intention to defraud the Virginia Fire and Maine Insurance Company of Richmond. Ex-Judge Fitchett appeared in court for the accused and made a motion that their trial be continued until the March term, which was granted.
