The negro Dan West, one of the ring leaders in the disturbance about one week ago, and who was notified to leave the county or receive summary punishment, has departed.

Horace Costin, a young desperado, who is now in jail awaiting trial for shooting an inoffensive old colored woman, will, if liberated, be warned to leave the Shore and never to return.
