Moral -- Vigilantism

Onancock.

White-Cap pranks continue around Craddockville. F. A. Ashmead, whose defiant reply to a White-Cap notice was recently published in the Dispatch, has just received another notice informing him that one of the band will meet him, as requested by him in his reply, at 1 o'clock at night at Mike's race-track, near an old graveyard. Ashmead has declined to meet the White-Caps in such a place and at such a time.
