Development -- Boosterism

This is a beautiful country, and if the steam-horse and telegraph wire were to bring it within the confines of "civilization" it would soon become the summer home of half the citizens of the "City by the Sea." The citizens appear to be intelligent and hospitable, and here you find a relic of the "old Virginia gentleman."
