Eastville, Va., November 8. -- A severe northeaster is blowing to-day and the surf on the beach can be distinctly heard.

The town of Cape Charles is about to have an efficient system of sewerage established. A meeting of the citizens of the place is called for November 10th for the purpose of getting the plan established.
