ACCOMAC COUNTY COURT.

Proceedings, July Term, 1903.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed and ordered to be recorded: Audits of estates of John E. Harmon, Delilah Taylor, Nannie A. Oldham, James H. Hurst, Daniel Henry Dennis, John R. Hinman and Jesse K. James; orphan account of William T. Ward.

Althea T. McCready qualified as administratrix of Cora T. Mears, deceased.

L. James Northam qualified as administrator of Henry B. Northam, deceased.

William M. Taylor was appointed and qualified as Justice of the Peace, to fill vacancy caused by the removal of George E. Winder from the district.

Ulalia S. Mason qualified as guardian of Austin R. Mason, orphan of Otho E. Mason, deceased.

William M. Turlington and Thomas S. Hopkins, each qualified as notary public for the county of Accomac.

Thomas B. Quinby resigned as assistant commissioner of accounts for county court of Accomac and John H. Wise was appointed and qualified as his successor.

Application of Burley W. James for hotel license at Tasley refused and taken on appeal to circuit court.

Upon petition of A. F. Mears and others for a public road. Samuel F. Marshall was appointed commissioner to open road at an expense not to exceed thirty dollars.

Inquest over body of an unknown person was returned to court by John A. Mears, Justice of the Peace, acting coroner, and filed.

Upon petition of Asher Walker and others to discontinue public road and landing on Chincoteague. Petition dismissed and judgment against petitioners for costs.

Gilbert G. Guillette was appointed overseer of the poor for district of Atlantic.

Last will and testament of William H. Bull, deceased, was admitted to probate.

Last will and testament of Arthur P. Kellam, deceased, was proved and Mary Esther Kellam qualified as executrix.
