ACCOMAC COUNTY COURT.

Proceedings, January Term, 1903.

Upon motion of E. T. Parks, executor of Parker W. Parks, the estate of Jesse S. Purnell, deceased, was committed to the hands of the sheriff for administration.

John T. Merrill was appointed as committee of James H. Merrill, a person of unsound mind.

Mrs. Cordelia D. Savage qualified as administratrix of Susan S. Belote, deceased.

Lee B. Kellam qualified as administrator of George W. Trader, colored, deceased.

Roy D. White qualified as notary public of the county of Accomac.

Upon motion of Lillie L. Wimbrough by next friend, to assign dower in the lands of which James H. Gunter, her father, died seized and possessed. Commissioners were appointed to assign to George T. Marshall one third in value of the above mentioned tract as and for the dower interest of Sarah A. Marshall, formerly Sarah A. Gunter.

Order entered transferring liquor license of Burton, Parker & Co., to a house on Main street, [Onancock,] about 15 feet from the place where their storehouse was burned.

John D. Watts qualified as notary public for the county of Accomac.
