ACCOMAC COUNTY COURT.

Proceedings at the June Term -- Judge Thos. C. Parramore, Presiding.

A deed from Irving W. Merrill and wife and Levi A. Merrill was ordered to be recorded.

Orphan accounts of Eva B. Brittingham with Wm. W. Brittingham, guardian; Joshua H. Turner with Francis T. Stockley, guardian; and William and Margaret S. Wright with John W. Gillet, guardian; were confirmed and ordered to be recorded.

Elijah Wright's audit with John A. White, admr., and Thos. P. Lilliston's audit with Wm. R. Parramore, admr., were confirmed and ordered recorded.

Last will of John R. Drummond, dec'd., was probated, and Fletcher Drummond qualified as executor.

A special grand jury was empanelled and presented.

An indictment against Gilbert Ramus for hauling the seine unlawfully (2 indictments); Thomas Watson, for same offence; George Teackle, for maiming; Robert J. Stant, for carrying a concealed weapon, and a second indictment for attempt to commit murder; Wm. T. Barnes et als., for permitting unlawful gaming at their house of entertainment; Mary Bird, for arson.

Commonwealth vs. Robt. J. Stant, on an indictment for attempt to commit murder; defendant appeared as recognized, and was recognized to appear on the first day of August term next for trial, bond $250; Abel T. Johnson, surety.

Severn Bibbins vs. John Bibbins; judgment for plaintiff for $139.75, money paid by plaintiff for defendant under an execution of fi. fa.
