ACCOMAC COUNTY COURT.

Proceedings, July Term, 1882 -- Judge Thomas C. Parramore, Presiding.

The following deeds were ordered to be recorded, to-wit: From Wm. S. Kellam to Levin W. Phillips; John W. Edmonds, trustee, et al., to Edward T. Wise (release); Bettie E. Floyd to Jno. B. Floyd; Joseph R. Riggs, special commissioner, to John Summers, Sr.; John W. Gillet, trustee, et als., to Charles H. Rogers, (release); Edward B. Waples, trustee, et als., to Thomas Satchell, (release); Abel T. Johnson, special commissioner, to Sylvanus W. Russell; David Edward Snead, et als., to Cornelius T. Taylor.

The following fiduciary accounts were examined and confirmed, to-wit: Mary C. and William Wigton, with Middleton Mason, their guardian; Upton L. Mason with Erastus J. Johnson, his guardian; John H. Wise, sheriff and admr., with respective estates of Margaret Bennett and Margaret Langford, dec'd.; John R. Drummond, executor, with estate of Thomas Russell of M.; George Wm. and John Obed Downing with Edward T. Downing, their guardian; Ida L. Johnson with Sylvanus W. Russell, her guardian; and John O. Selby, executor, with estate of Solomon Marshall, deceased.

Thos. L. Trower was appointed and qualified as guardian of his children George N., Thomas L., Annie D. and Lena E. Trower.

Frank Fletcher qualified as admr. of John H. Miles, dec'd.
