Last will of Major J. Parker, deceased, (colored) proved and Rike Dennis Parker qualified as executor.

Estate of Nellie A. Joyce committed to Levin J. Gunter, sheriff, for administration.

Samuel E. Wright vs. Margaret Ann Wright (on attachment for rent). Dismissed on plaintiff's motion.

Mary C. Rew vs. Louis A. Young (on attachment for rent). Report of constable filed and confirmed and cause removed from docket.

Peter F. Reid vs. James H. Hopkins (on attachment for rent). Report of constable filed and confirmed and order for payment of costs.

The clerk reported to the Court the list of fines reported to him in December 1899 by Justices of the Peace.

The sheriff made report to the Judge of the number of prisoners in jail, their offences &c.

Authority of town council of Belle Haven for Geo. W. Drummond to obtain liquor license in said village received and recorded.

Retail liquor license granted to Geo. W. Drummond at Belle Haven, and to Isaiah T. Johnson at Parksley.

Petition filed and order authorizing John Atkinson's executor to sell and transfer Baltimore city stock.

Petition of Oaknall J. Humphreys &c's late guardian. Report of Wescott & Gunter filed and confirmed.

Petition of Wm. H. Harmon's admr. Order for payment of taxes for 1899 and for advances by acting guardian for William H. Harman.

Order substituting Otho L. Parker as trustee in place of Benjamin T. Gunter (declined) in deed from Albro J. Morse for benefit of Isaac N. Veasey.

Petition of Geo. S. Nock and others for a public road. Report of Joshua T. Burton, commissioner, filed and confirmed, order for payment of final costs, and road being completed cause removed from docket.

Petition of Wm. J. Matthews and others for a public road. Letter from F. A. Wilcox to W. J. Matthews, filed on motion of petitioners.

Petition of Joshua H. Turner and others for a public road from S. E. corner of Jas. K. Walker farm to county road from Hawks Nest to Mappsburg Station. Petition filed and viewers appointed.

Joseph H. Hebard Jr. vs. Levin G. Ames (upon warrant removed by J.P., before trial). Affidavit filed by defendant disclaiming any interest in subject matter of the cause, and for the third parties, John C. and Samuel T. Taylor , to appear and state nature of their claim and maintain or relinquish it.

Petition of Missouri Sarah Mapp's guardian. Report of guardian filed and confirmed.

Petition of Sarah A. Miller's admr. Report of Samuel T. Ross' attorney, filed.

Samuel W. Ames vs. Henry Bevans (on attachment for rent). Verdict and judgment in favor of petitioner, Augustus S. West, and order for payment of cost and rent in part.

Petition of J. W. Williams and others for a public road. Order for further report by the viewers, Wm. F. R. Cropper et als.

Petition of James Mason of M.'s admr. Order for payment of costs and taxes and share of Susan D. Ewell.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed to wit: Audits of estate of Thomas A. Northam, Edward West, J. Edward Colona, Charles Gibbons, colored, and George Rayfield; and orphan accounts of Henry Olive Rue, Annie E., Virginia G., Clarence E., and John W. Bailey, Clarence E. Birch and Sadie A. Barnes (nee Parks)

John R. Sturgis vs. Stran Fosque (on distress warrant). Verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Order of sale of attached effects and for payment of judgment and costs.

Upon motion of Isaiah W. Bagwell and wife &c. Commissioners were appointed to assign dower to Mrs. Sallie E. White, widow of Robert R. White, in land at Onancock.

Harry T. White, appellant vs. Ann Watson, appellee. Verdict and judgment for appellee for a cow and her costs.

Benjamin T. Gunter appointed to examine books of entries and surveys in possession of Fred E. Ruediger, county surveyor.

Order entered authorizing Everett Waddy Co., of Richmond, Va., to rebind Will Book of 1846-1882.
