The last will and testaments of Ezekiel Killman and Ephraim W. Wessels were admitted to probate.

Solomon T. Johnson qualified as notary public for county of Accomac.

John H. Walker qualified as oyster inspector for District No. 7.

Joseph H. Savage qualified as guardian of Anna Callis Bayly.

The following fiduciary accounts were confirmed and ordered to be recorded: Audits of estates of Esther J. Selby, Elizabeth Belote, Mary C. Rew, Walter Scott, William J. White, Nehemiah Taylor, John E. Harmon, Margaret E. Keaton, Catherine J. Chandler and Elijah W. Hickman; trust accounts of George T. Quinby and wife, and Wm. T. Landing and wife; orphan accounts of Alfred B. Gardner, Blanche M. Bull, Stella V. Bull, Alice L. Mister, Evelyn W. Mister, Harriet W. Wilkins, Mary E. Wilkins, Fred W. Hopkins and Perry B. Slocomb.

S. James Turlington qualified as administrator of William D. Tunnell, deceased.

Last will of James H. Hurst was admitted to probate and Edward B. Waples qualified as administrator c.t.a., Edward B. Waples Jr., the executor named, relinquishing his right.

Upon petition of Esther J. Selby's ex'or. Order for payment of costs and deposit of funds in bank.

Upon petition of William L. Marshall's admr. Order for payment of costs, taxes, &c., and balance to Melissa E. Crockett upon her arrival at age.

Upon petition of Sarah A. Milliner's admr. Order for payment of cost and balance to _____ Rue nee Fitzgerald.

Benjamin T. Gunter qualified as guardian of William D. and John Burton Tunnell; Mirty W. Bull as guardian of Carrie Elizabeth Tunnell and Mary E. Hall as guardian of Adelaide E. Hall.

Last will and testament of Mary Snead, deceased, admitted to probate.

Authority was granted to Edward S. Pearce to celebrate the rites of matrimony.

Ex parte: Petition of L. Floyd Nock, agent of Annie Callis Bayly, an infant. Guardian authorized to withdraw fund from bank belonging to infant.

Retail liquor license was granted to Tankard J. Drummond at his house at Bobtown.

Warner Ames qualified to practice law in the county court of Accomac.

Upon petition of L. O. Watson and others for a public road. Report of commissioners confirmed, treasurer ordered to pay costs and cause removed from docket.

Election on question of stock law ordered in Atlantic District on Saturday, August 16th, 1902.
