ACCOMAC COUNTY COURT.

Proceedings, December Term, 1892.

The following fiduciary accounts confirmed and ordered recorded: Trust accounts of Albert F. Mears, John S. Mathias and Kitty Bagwell; Wm. S. Watson, committee of Robert Watson; Geo. Bradford's audit; orphan accounts of Della M. Johnson, Wm. N. Mason, Robert J., Catharine C. and Orin F. Taylor.

The estates of Geo. G. Fox, S. S. Satchell, and John S. Robbins were committed to John H. Wise, sheriff, for administration.

George T. and Joseph Moore qualified as administrators of Isaiah Moore, deceased.

Following orders on county treasurer in road and bridge matters were allowed and entered: Luther N. Boggs, $1.45; Henry C. Davis, $12; Henry P. Mason, $15; John E. Bradford, $30; Wm. F. Fleming, $8.64; P. W. Kilmon, $4.47; J. E. Smith, $60; F. T. Stockley & Co., $28.28; L. O. Watson, $5.79; A. J. Lilliston, $3.84; M. W. Pitchard, $16; Jas. W. Broughton, $19.40.

Commonwealth vs. John G. Brinney (on indictment). Cause continued until 2d day of January term.

Dell Wise committed to jail to answer indictment for shooting cow of Wm. F. Fleming, was bailed to answer on 1st day of next term.

On petition of John W. Bowdoin and others for a public road. Report of commissioner filed and order accepting bid of Wm. T. Bundick to build the road and directing commissioner to contract with said Bundick and take bond for its faithful performance.

On petition of Alfred J. Wessels and others for a public landing at Battle Point and public road leading there to across the land of Mrs. Evelyn Tiffany. Petition filed and order appointing viewers.

Authority was granted to M. T. West to assign his Ordinary and also his retail liquor license at Bloxom station to Henry T. Mason and a like authority granted to Smith T. Martin to assign his barroom license at Head of Bradford's Neck to James & Eichelberger and a like authority granted to Wm. E. Lewis to assign his Ordinary license at Onley station to Edward G. Fox.

License to keep an Ordinary was granted to O. D. Doughty at his house at Belle Haven.

Margaret S. Savage, assignee, plaintiff, vs. Wm. T. Crowson & Cynthia A. Chandler vs. Isaac Drummond & and T. Berkely Smith vs. David W. Watkinson (on attachment for rent). Report of constable filed in each case and confirmed, and order directing disposition of proceeds of sale of property and removing causes from docket.

The list of insolvent capitation and property taxes for 1891 and delinquent land taxes for same year, returned by E. T. Powell, county treasurer, and John H. Hopkins, deputy treasurer, were examined, allowed and certified by the court.
