Robert C. Parkes' will probated, and Edward C. Parkes qualified as executor.

Edward J. White qualified as administrator of Nancy White, deceased.

Samuel T. Taylor's audit confirmed.

Margaret Ames', guardian account confirmed.

Geo. Ames, guardian account confirmed.

Edward H. Conquest qualified as administrator of Edward Nock, deceased.

Alfred J. Matthews qualified as administrator of John Justice of I., deceased.

William Calvin Duer qualified as administrator of Frederick Kelly, deceased.

Estate of Geo. E. Ashby, (col'd) deceased, committed to Sheriff for administration.

W. S. Matthews and A. S. Taylor, Justice of the Peace, paid into court a fine of $1 imposed by them upon Oliver Mariner, for assault and battery upon Elihu Taylor.

Account of John D. Wimbrough, J. P., against the Commonwealth allowed and certified.

Summons awarded against Samuel T. Taylor's executors to appear before the Court on the 1st day of the December term, next, to give a new bond in a larger penalty.

Order authorizing Solomon E. Ewell, Surveyor of Road Precinct No. 15, of Metompkin District, to purchase material to repair bridges in said precinct.

Orders were entered on County Treasurer in favor John R. Drummond, for $4.05; Christopher Satchell, for $4.00; Alfred J. Wessels, for $2; George W. Jacob, for $5; Henry S. Rew, for $5; Edward T. Lang, for $29; Elijah F. Bull for $4; George Hall, for $2; Alfred J. White, for $1; John D. Parsons, $2; Joseph E. Broadwater, $2; and James T. Gibbons, for $2.

George W. Core appointed Surveyor of Road Precinct No. 1, of Metompkin District, in place of Henry S. Rew, resigned.

Henry R. Parker's bar-room license transferred from Craddockville to Pennyville.

Bar-room liquor license granted to John B. Henderson, at "Oak Hill."

E. F. Powell vs. Arza J. Adams, judgment for plaintiff; and order of sale of attached effects.

George B. Mason, agent for Polly Beloate, vs. E. C. Ames, judgment for plaintiff; on attachment for rent, and order of sale.

The Commonwealth vs. Henry T. Davis, indictment for maiming. Defendant appeared, and on his motion the case was continued until next term. Defendant recognized, and rules awarded against his witnesses.

The Commonwealth vs. John R. Sturgis, indictment for willfully disturbing religious worship at "Garrison's Chapel;" verdict of not guilty and judgment of acquittal.

Richard Mason's will probated, and Charles H. Mason qualified as executor.

Estate of William Moore, of J.,deceased, committed to Sheriff for administration.

John Summers appointed Surveyor of Road Precinct No. 19, of Metompkin District, in place of James Sterling, whose appointment was revoked.

John White, appealant, vs. Edmond Shield, appellee; judgment for appellant reversing judgment of J. P. and dismissing appellee's warrant.

Betsy Summers' will probated, and John Summers qualified as administrator, with will annexed.

Order dismissing summons against John W. H. Hopkins, guardian of Jane D. and William E. Hopkins, for failing to make up guardian account, the said guardian having complied with the law.

A deed from Laura T. Young and Hester A. Leker to Geo. T. Clayton; ordered to be recorded.

A deed from Geo. T. Clayton and wife to Laura F. Young, ordered to be recorded.

Upon petition of John R. Bowdoin and als, for a public road and landing; order deciding in favor of establishing same and determining costs to the county. This road is to run across Mrs. Powell and others' land to the landing of Captain Wm. Summers, which is condemned for the public.

George F. Parramore granted certificate to obtain license to practice as an attorney in the Courts of this Commonwealth.
