1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act entitled an act to require the placing of labels showing date of ship-ment, quantity, and payment of tax on all containers in which scallops are shipped; to fix the price of such labels; to direct the application of the funds derived from sale of such labels; and prescribing penalties, which became a law without the signature of the governor March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
