CHAP. 247--An ACT to allow J. B. Wise to erect a wharf on Cherrystone Creek, in Northampton county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That J. B. Wise, of the county of Northampton, be, and

he is hereby, authorized to erect a wharf on Cherrystone creek in Northampton county, on the land of L. M.
Taylor, by and with the consent of said L. M. Taylor, and
subject to all the laws of the state governing all wharves
erected in the waters of the commonwealth, and provided
also that this act shall at all times be under the control
of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed as
may be deemed proper. Authorized to erect a wharf.

2. This act. shall be in force from its passage. Commencem't.
