1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be unlawful for any person, without the written consent of the owner, to shoot from any duck-blind belonging to another in the waters within the jurisdiction of the counties of Northampton and Accomac.

2. No person, firm or corporation shall erect or build in said waters more than three of such duck-blinds.

3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
