CHAP. 218.--An ACT to prescribe the time for killing partridges in the county of Accomac and certain other counties.
Approved February 24, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall not be lawful to kill or capture partridges in the counties of Accomac, Northampton, Clarke, Smythe, Franklin, Bedford, Amherst and Washington between the first day of February and the first day of November.
2. That all acts and parts of acts inconsistent therewith are hereby repealed, and this act shall be in force from its passage.
