CHAP. 173.--An ACT to permit Richard T. Ames, of the county of Accomac, to build a bridge across a branch of Onancock creek, in said county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Richard T. Ames be permitted to build a bridge across the south-east branch of Onancock Creek from a point on his own land known as "Mount Prospect farm" to his own land known as "Northam property," and to the twenty-four foot street appurtenant to and for the benefit of said "Northam property"; provided, said bridge shall be sufficiently high at full tide to allow lighters and other small boats to pass under it.
