CHAP. 32.--An ACT for the relief of James F. Bonewell, of the county of Warwick, and appropriating money therefor.

Approved March 3, 1914.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars in full for all damages resulting under the claim be, and the same is, hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treasury not heretofore appropriated, to be paid to James F. Bonewell, of the county of Warwick, Virginia, in full discharge and settlement of the loss and damage sustained by him as a result of the removal of his oyster planting stakes in James river by, and under the direction of the commission of fisheries.

2. Be it further enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, that the auditor of public accounts shall draw a warrant upon the treasurer of the State of Virginia payable to the order of James F. Bonewell for the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars, and deliver the same to said Bonewell.
